Our commitment

Accessibility tools on this site
A floating accessibility panel (the round button in the corner) lets you adjust text size, contrast (dark, light or custom), use a simpler font, underline links, increase text spacing, reduce motion, enlarge interface controls, switch to a distraction-free reading mode and choose a larger cursor. The site is also available in English, French and Spanish.
Measures we take
We use semantic HTML, descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled form fields, visible keyboard focus, sufficient colour contrast for text, and ARIA where appropriate. New content and features are reviewed against our accessibility goals.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible — for example, certain third-party embeds (maps), legacy documents, or product photography. We are actively working to address these. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us so we can help and prioritise a fix.

If you need information from this site in an alternative format (for example large print, accessible PDF, or by phone), contact us and we will provide it in a timely manner and at no additional cost, as required under the AODA.
