Trade customers only
The website and pricing are intended for verified wholesale/trade customers (florists, retailers, event designers). Wholesale pricing is shown only after you log in to an approved trade account.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. We may approve, decline or suspend accounts at our discretion.
Orders — no online payment
No payment is taken online. Submitting an order is a request/purchase order; it is not binding until our team confirms availability and pricing and arranges invoicing. We may decline or adjust quantities based on stock.
Pricing, availability & warehouses
Prices, stock and availability depend on your assigned warehouse (Canada/CAD or USA/USD) and may change without notice. Minimum order quantities and quantity breaks apply per item. Orders ship within Canada and the United States only.
Intellectual property
All site content, images and product photography are owned by Canpol Manufacturing Ltd or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Disclaimer & liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Canpol is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Product colours may vary slightly from on-screen images.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ontario.
